About Partners In Management
We are a training and development organisation based in
Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, but deliver courses
nationwide.
We specialise in designing and delivering innovative development
programmes that add real value to participants and
organisations. These are specifically focussed around effective
change - both personal and organisational.
Founded in 1999, by senior management professionals with academic
experience, the company is still run and owned by David Broadhead who
is adequately supported by a growing band of like-minded individuals
who too can combine both academic and practical knowledge and
experience in order to help people and organisations develop.
Through our previous franchise arrangement with Huddersfield University
Business
School , we delivered the MSc in Strategic Change
Management, the Diploma in Management and Certificate in Management to
both individual participants and dedicated in-house company programmes
at various locations around the country. As a result, since 1999, one
hundred and twenty six mature students in full-time employment have
successfully
gained a post-graduate qualification this way.
Based upon the knowledge and expertise gained from delivering these
specialised programmes, we have now developed three specialised,
challenging and ultimately rewarding short courses in;
- Coach Yourself Through Change
- Change Management Principles
- Managerial Skills Development
The "Coach Yourself Through Change" programme is particularly
relevant in current times. It is based upon our RIDFEAR®
self-coaching methodology specifically designed and thoroughly proven
to assist individuals, managers,
small business owner managers and teams undergoing change.
All programmes are available to both individual participants and corporate clients as and when required with another key feature being our belief that programmes should run at times and locations that suit the participants, as opposed to the needs of the providing organisation - so please contact us personally to discuss your requirements.
