Leadership for Higher Performance

Free to Kirklees Metropolitan Council employees is the ’21st Century Leaders’ programme designed to help change the way we think and behave from a management and leadership perspective.

Suitable for strategic leaders, change managers and professional knowledge workers it will be delivered one day per month by Partners in Management at the Media Centre, Huddersfield HD1 1RL.

In intensive workshop sessions delivered to a group of no more than 12 using an action-learning approach, the sessions will introduce theoretical ideas, allow discussion to their relevance and application whilst at all times challenging existing attitudes and behaviours.

At additional personal cost participants can register for a nationally accredited qualification at either graduate or post-graduate level dependent upon experience, aspiration and work related evidence.

The additional Certificate costs are Level 6 £475 & Level 7 £500 plus VAT and include all registration, support and assessment fees. Level 7 Diplomas and Extended Diplomas are also available.
